Villa elevator is widely installed at home or villa. And it is suitable for indoor or outdoor installation; carrying passengers up to required floor.
Villa elevator is available with standard models and customized models.
Standard models are with platform size W1000*D1430mm, capacity 250kg.
Glass enclosure size is W1360*D1600mm, enclosure height is travel height plus 2.5m
And customized models’ capacity and cabin size are to your special application.
Entrance and exit: same-side, straight-through or 90 degree
Max travel: 10m
Tower height: travel plus 1450mm which make the raising more stable
Drive system is located in tower, the machine room not needed; operated by control button or remote control; no pit installation.

Safety and durable using are the most important for the villa elevator.
- Platform is checkered steel plate and cover is powder coating aluminum alloy.
- Safe operation voltage: 24V
- Pressure relief valve to prevent overload and slack chain safety device
- Guide rail is one time formed and guide shoes are nylon-blocks. It will be more smooth and stable in working
5. Safety shoe under platform which will arrest the downward decent of the lift when an obstruction is encountered.
6. If electric failure, pull the button out, the platform will be down to ground.
7. The lift is with 2pcs travel limit switch, if one is failure, the other one will work to stop the wheelchair lift in time.
The villa elevator is completely assembled in factory with enclosure. There are guide marks with the enclosure for an easy installation.
